Anyone ever drive a C5 Z06 and compared it to a regular C5 Corvette? I have been looking into buying a Corvette but can't really do it right now. Just trying to get a little input from others first. I can get a C5 soon, but really want a Z06. Just wondering what the difference is as far as the way the power feels. I'm more of a cruiser but it would be nice to have that extra power if I ever need it.

Get an 04' Cobra. With a few inexpensive mods. you'd be pushing close to 500 hp and still be able to drive it daily with A/C and P/S. you can get an easy 600 if you can fork over the cash for a turbo setup but I don't think it's worth the money to go turbo on that car since is comes stock with a supercharger..
